Since Adsceletor provides digital services, strategy consulting, and marketing implementation, these services involve time, expertise, and resources that begin once a project is initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project or service begins. Once work has started or resources have been allocated, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and consulting, refunds are generally not provided once services have started. However, Adsceletor may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project.

Strategy Sessions

For paid strategy calls or consulting sessions, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for rescheduling.

Service Changes

Adsceletor reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue services if required due to operational or technical reasons.
